Went over and above by opening 2hrs early so I could use sauna to make weight for my powerlifting competition hard pressed to find a business willing to do this anywhere highly recommended them . Thanks heaps Kym

The sauna's here are amazing, you have everything you need, including a TV to help the time go quicker in the sauna!All the staff are friendly and accommodating as well, would highly recommend

Been contemplating booking the compression boots for a long time, im so glad I finally went through with it. I'll definitely been coming back future!My legs were so sore and achey after a football game but after the appointment I felt like I could run out another game.

I went for my first ever flaot. It was actually really awesome, I even must of fell asleep I got so relaxed. Which in its self is a surprise as for how ever long when you get your thoughts going threw everything. I was like that, whilst i was gently pushin my self side to side whilst floating and the next thing the jets to wake you up kick in and I got a wee jump as like I said I must of snoozed off at somepoint and missed the time up music. The wee lass that was working on my day was awesome. 10/10. I just gotta workout when I'll go next.

T'was my first infrared sauna session but definitely wont be the last. Booking was seamless. I arrived early but did not mind waiting in the nicely furnished reception area.The sauna is in a private room complete with towels, shower amenities, bottled water & TV. The lovely staff member explained how to operate the lights in the sauna and bluetooth connection so I was able to listen to my fave podcast.Came out of the place feeling relaxed. Can't wait for my next sesh

First time experiencing cryotherapy. It was interesting. The float tank was great. Highly recommend float therapy for muscle soreness and stiffness. Emily stayed back to facilitate my float as the previous client ran late. Thanks for your help Emily.

First time cryotherapy was interesting. They have the whole body cryotherapy chamber. Float tank was good as usual. I am a big float fan for relaxation. Previous client ran late so Emily stayed back after closing to allow me my full hour of float. Thanks Emily! Will be back again.

My first two visits to the Recovery Hub was very good. I enjoyed the cryotherapy and the air compression massage. The ladies were very helpful with the recovery process and made me feel welcome.

It was my first time at The Recovery hub and everyone was so friendly and lovely, it was like I'd been going there for years! It is also lovely to have somewhere to go for "alternative" treatments, and have nurses/staff who have awesome knowledge across a lot of "issues". I will definitely return for another session and I highly recommend anyone considering "alternative" treatments to try The recovery hub

Tried IV therapy for the first time Maxine made me up a cocktail of nutrients, I didn’t notice anything straight away but about 1 hr after leaving I felt on top of the world, also Had a couples infrared sauna that was amazingMy partner and I felt so refreshed and detoxified after our session. The place was beautiful and so hygienic. The staff were so polite and had great service. I highly recommend the recovery hub definitely will be back again soon!

Highly recommend. Clean, well set up, easy to find on main street. Extremely friendly & knowledgeable staff. Huge range of options available. Pricing for both single sessions & membership very reasonable. Really enjoyed my first experience at The Hub. Infrared Sauna, went in extremely sore, walked out almost pain free & very relaxed. Scheduled in weekly for Friday recovery session. Wish I'd visited sooner.

Tried a float tank for the first time couple of weeks ago, while I was originally sceptical and it took me a while to relax, I noticed how relaxed my muscles were once I finished the session.I'm recovering from an injury and felt no pain or other symptoms for at least 2 hours after treatment🤗

10 days post ankle sprain torn ATFL post 5 Cryo treatments no pain, walking unassisted, full range of motion back and doing rehab exercises without any problems I’m amazed at the progress. Would highly recommend to any athlete wanting to get back to their sport quickly. Great service! Staff where very friendly

Had my first full body cryotherapy treatment today and I feel fantastic.I have injuries in both my knees, lower back from S1 to L4, respiratory problems, PTSD and a recent dislocated finger just to name a few.My pain has been dramatically reduced after this session and I have already booked a follow up appointment this week. Can’t wait.Highly recommended treatment for all with any form of injury. Do your self a favour and give it a go. 💪

Searched for a ‘Float Tank’; found Recovery Hub. Floated, then came back for the Cyro experience.Finished off with 30 mins in the Sauna.Staff friendly, experienced and competent.Will be back next time in Adelaide.

The recovery hub mawson lakes is the best!!!!After signing up for a membership I tried the recovery boots and WOW!!! I felt amazing afterwards I stand on my feet for long periods and I have aches and pains and also retain fluid and have kankles. After my first session I felt no aches or pains and I just felt amazing. The appearance of the place is so warming and zen and the girls there are so friendly and talk you through everything and they don't make you feel out of place. Do yourself a favour get a membership and go make the time for yourself to feel better they do cryotherapy, float pod, recovery boots, infrared sauna also. LEGIT LOVE THIS PLACE.

Visited the newly opened The Recovery Hub at Mawson Lakes. Amazing place, and of course very cool.My friend treated herself to a cryotherapy session as part of a membership deal. I took a couple of photos as she exited the session.The two young female staff members were really friendly and knowledgeable. There is always someone in attendance during the session so you know you are being looked after.Prices are reasonable given the latest technology and cost of of the liquid nitrogen.Parking is easy in the Woollies Mawson Central car park

Today I I tried the Infrared detox Booth which was by far amazing. My old work used to have one and I struggled to find a place where the temperature was high and I could Significantly feel the results. I’m so thankful you guys have opened I can now get my regular detoxes and come out feeling amazing. The Staff member was very lovely and explained in detail how to use the booth! Overall beautiful experience

The recovery hub is my new favourite place I tried whole body cryotherapy and have personally seen and felt significant results! So glad I discovered this service! Just what Adelaide needed!! I am a distance runner and am so excited that there is a cyro therapy place that is now here in Adelaide. I have read so much information on the benefits of cyro therapy and also float tank therapy, I had my first experience at the recovery hub yesterday and I feel amazing!It’s a Great shop , the staff were very professional and they have created a very comfortable environment.Highly recommend to any athlete or anybody in general who is looking to feel rejuvenated.10/10 from me!
